Luke Thompson

M.A., LAC

As a therapist specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, my approach involves helping clients identify and clarify their values, teaching them mindfulness and acceptance skills, and guiding them towards taking meaningful action in line with their values. I am dedicated to helping clients develop greater self-awareness, compassion, and purpose.

I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship, and I strive to build a strong, collaborative partnership with my clients to help them reach their goals. I also believe in tailoring my approach to each individual client, taking into account their unique experiences, needs, and strengths.

I believe that therapy is a journey of self-discovery and growth, and I view my role as a guide, facilitator, and support system. I am committed to helping my clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences, develop new skills and perspectives, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

Ultimately, my philosophy is centered on the belief that with support, guidance, and self-reflection, everyone has the potential to lead a fulfilling, meaningful life.
